A 20-year-old woman has died after a horrific four-car crash on a busy motorway.
Sally McNab was travelling along a NSW Central Coast motorway when a 78-year-old driver allegedly turned his Holden Astra into the path of her Volkswagen Polo.
The young woman lost control of her car as the impact caused her to collide into an Audi A4 and a Holden Commodore about 2.20pm on Tuesday.
Ms McNab, from San Remo, died at the scene while her 34-year-old passenger was taken to John Hunter Hospital in a critical but stable condition.
Her death marks the 10th person to have died in 10 days on NSW roads this year.
