Linda Kay Siefert, 62, of Elkville, passed away at 8:42 P.M., Thursday, November 3, 2016 at the Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.
Linda had been owner and operator of an antique store. She was a member of the Old Du Quoin Baptist Church in Du Quoin.
She was born September 7, 1954 at Du Quoin, the daughter of Vern and Mary Frances (Sharp) Siefert.
She is survived by one son - Shane Bishop and wife Stephanie of Herrin, IL, four grandchildren - Blake Bishop of Trenton, MO, Dylan Bishop of Derby, KS, Blue Bishop of Herrin, IL and Roman Bishop of Herrin, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers - Timothy Siefert and Ray Siefert.
Per Linda's request, cremation services were held. There will be no public visitation or funeral.
Friends may make memorials to the Ronald McDonald House and will be accepted at the funeral home.
