Our beautiful daughter, Heather Hoffmaster, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 24 and left behind 2 of the most adorable young boys ages 8 years and 21 months.

Heather struggled with addiction for nearly 5 years. Heather will forever be 24. Although she loved her boys unconditionally, the addiction had a higher hold on her. She fought for several years to beat it but always ended up in relapses. Because of her passing, her boys are now motherless and will only have memories of pictures and memories of her gravesite. They will never have the chance to have their Mommy hold them and give them hugs and kisses. They will never be able to hold their Mommy's hand and go for walks. They will be growing up and not have their Mommy present for any milestones or any important life changing events. Although, she is present in spirit and watching over them, their life is and will be forever changed.
