Mary Ann ("Memow") Spurrier, 65, of Sedro-Woolley, passed away at home following a brief illness on Friday, January 6, 2017.

Mary Ann was born on June 4, 1951 to Lloyd and Leora Spurrier in Seattle.

Mary Ann was a volunteer at the Sedro-Woolley Food Bank and the Sedro-Woolley Senior Center and had several friends at the Hill View Apartments and through The Eagles.

Mary Ann was a lifelong lover of dogs and leaves behind her beloved terrier, George.

Mary Ann is also survived by her siblings, Donna (Jim) Matzen of Mount Vernon, Tom (Shirley) Spurrier and Beverly (Ted) Cloer of Sedro-Woolley.

She was much beloved and will also be missed by her 4 nieces and nephew, as well as their children.

A memorial and celebration of life potluck will be held at the Sedro-Woolley Eagles Club on Saturday, January 14 from 12:00 noon to 3:00pm.
