Natalie Nicole Brown, 36, of Pflugerville, TX passed away at home on August 24, 2017 after fighting metastatic breast cancer for just over 4 years. She left behind her husband, Edwin Brown, their 4-year-old daughter, Alyssa Brown and their dog Roxy. She is the daughter of Jeff and Shari Hughes; the sister of: Chris Somm, Jennette Hughes, Bryan Hughes, Brittany Collins and Scott Hughes. She also leaves behind four nieces: Novella Somm, Isabella Somm, Hayden Collins, Avery Collins, one nephew: Kevin Collins, one sister-in-law: Andrea Somm, two brothers-in-law: Robert Collins and Javier Barreto and more friends than we can mention.
Natalie graduated with a bachelor's degree from University of Southern California in May of 2003. She married the love of her life, Edwin, on March 19, 2011 and had their beautiful daughter, Alyssa, on December 28, 2012. She felt her greatest accomplishment was being a mom. Natalie enjoyed taking Alyssa to the library for story time, playdates with the mom's club and every moment she was blessed to spend with her daughter. Through her diagnosis and years spent battling cancer, she became part of multiple cancer support groups where she made friends with people who understood her thoughts, fears, and even some awkwardly funny things about treatment.

She had an amazing spirit, a smile that would light up the room and was the most caring person you would have ever met. She has touched so many lives that her spirit will always remain in their hearts. We love you Natalie!
