Janice Eileen (Robb) Corkey of Kirkcaldy, Scotland, died in her home suddenly of heart failure on November 1, 2017. She was 70 years old.
The oldest sister of three younger brothers, Janice was born on April 13, 1947, to Geddes and Patricia Robb. She graduated from Port Angeles High School 1965 and moved to Seattle, Washington.
There, she met Edward Dupont on a blind date. They married February 15, 1967. Daughter Tricia was born in 1973, followed by daughter Tara in 1974.
Janice loved painting, movies, spending time with her grandson and throwing the most amazing St. Patrick's Day parties.
In 1999, Edward passed and Janice spent her time traveling to Ireland and Scotland. A few years later, she met Robin Corkey. They fell in love and were married on June 25, 2010.
Per her wishes, Janice has gifted her body to the school of medicine at the University of St. Andrews.
Janice is survived by the second love of her life, Robin; brothers Dennis and Kevin; daughters Tricia and Tara; grandson Charles; and two stepsons, Barry and Gavin.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Edward; her parents, Geddes and Patricia; and her brother Gary.
A celebration of life will occur on March 17 in Bremerton, Washington.
