Pablo was born to Gladys Jeannette and Edwin Guillermo Nowell on August 22, 1988 in Guatemala City, Guatemala, and lost a long battle with depression on the evening of December 27, 2016, in Salem, Oregon. He grew up in the high desert of California, playing in garage bands, snowboarding and leading Victor Valley High School's marching band as Drum Major. He proudly became a United State's Citizen on June 16, 2006. He graduated from BIOLA University in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, and was attending the OHSU School of Nursing Monmouth Campus, with a dream to work taking care of others. Between school and family he worked as an EMT with Rural Metro.
He enriched all lives he touched with his wit and humor. He was kind to all, and generous to a fault. He found joy in watching his daughter grow and making his wife laugh. His hope was in the Lord.
He is remembered with love by his faithful wife Madeline, his baby girl Clementine, his parents Gladys and Guillermo, siblings Wanda and Helio Nowell, loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, and a host of long-time friends. He is sorely missed by many.
There will be a public viewing on Friday, January 6th, 2017 at Virgil T. Golden Funeral Services from 2:00-8:00 PM. The memorial service will be Saturday, January 7th, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Morning Star Community Church.
