Deanna Mondello, 28, of Los Angeles has been identified as the Uber passenger who was killed in a collision at 5700 West Olympic Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner and OnSceneTV.

Four people were also injured after a collision that took place last Thursday morning.

The crash took place at roughly 1:45 a.m. just outside an apartment complex located at 5700 West Olympic Blvd.

A BMW and a Toyota Prius operated by an Uber driver were involved in the crash. The two vehicles sustained moderate damage especially the gray sedan as the vehicle's hood was lifted and caved in.

The news report indicated that the Toyota was making a turn when it was struck in the passenger side by the BMW. Jillian Junia, 33, who was driving the BMW was arrested and booked on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and bail was set at $50,000.
