Sharla K Schell left us on April 11, 2018 in her home with her husband and Son in Sandy, Utah. She was born in Murray, Utah to Gilbert L. and Nola G. Peterson on May 30, 1967.She married Christopher Schell on April 18, 1992, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Sharla lived in Sandy Utah most her life, where she made her home and raised her two beautiful sons for over 24 years. She was a beautiful soul, with an incredible sense of humour and an indelible spirit for life. She was a loving mother, who enjoyed taking care of her family, friends and a cat named Lou. She was a social butterfly, loved to meet new people and always so interested in their story. She was an avid collector of miniatures and other treasures that she found throughout the years. Recently, Sharla found great joy in working in the collectables dept of Deseret Industries, where she found, and helped others find their treasures too.
Sharla is survived by her husband Chris, their sons, Casey and Cameron, Parents: Gilbert L. and Nola G. Peterson, Brother, Lon Peterson, Sister, Cindy Hodson (Brad Hansen), Brother, Chad Peterson (Janet), Mother-in-Law, Paula Schell and Father-in-Law, John Schell, Brother's in Law Tim Schell, Geoff Schell, Stephen Schell (Phoenix, AZ).
Preceded in Death by her Grandparents: Jess L and Louise Peterson and Clyde and Cora Green and Brother-in-Law David Hodson.
Services will be held Monday, April 16, 2018 at: Crescent 3rd Ward, 949 E. 10600 So. Sandy, Utah 84094, Viewing will be from 10am-12n. Services 12n-1:00pm. Graveside Services: 1:30-2:00 pm at Crescent Cemetery, 11105 State Street, Sandy Utah 84070
