Rehmat Ali Qadir, of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, born on September 30, 1980, to Shirin Qadir and Ghulam Qadir, passed away at age 37 on July 18, 2018 in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from Detroit Country Day School, and then Johns Hopkins University. He was an accomplished Software Engineer with a creative mind and brilliant wit. He had a passion for dance, writing, and comedy, and brought joy, energy, and laughter to the lives of many. Rehmat passed away after a long and hard-fought struggle with depression. He is survived by his parents; his sister, Nida Qadir; and brother, Rabah Qadir.
