Tracy passed away on November 11, 2018, surrounded by her family at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville after complications during treatment for acute myeloid leukemia.

Tracy was born in Albany, Oregon on October 8, 1969 to Tom and Molly Templar. Her early school years were spent at Campus Elementary in Monmouth and later at Christian Center Academy in Salem where she was a cheerleader and played on the girl's basketball team. She graduated from Central High School in Independence in 1987.

Tracy attended College of Hair Design Careers in Salem and later worked as a real estate assistant. She later traveled to Baltimore where she was one of the top waitresses at TGIF.

Tracy married Grant Johnisee in 1992. They have two children, Lexi and Chaz. They moved to Nashville area in 1996. Tracy worked as a real estate assistant in the Nashville area.
Tracy later married Stan Andersen in Florida and they have a daughter, Marleigh. They moved to St John five years ago and she started her jewelry business, Beach Gurl Design.

Tracy was a kind and gentle soul who made family her first priority. She was always there for her children. Tracy never met a stranger. Her beautiful eyes and infectious smile captured the hearts of so many people all over the world. She was a beautiful person inside and out. She had a passion for life that she shared with all she met.

Tracy loved her island home and all the people there. She spent her days making jewelry and playing with her "mini-me" Marleigh. She was very creative and the best friend a person could have. She was very down to earth, a tell it like it is kind of girl. She was always young at heart.
Tracy was preceded in death by her younger sister Tiffany Jones. She is survived by her husband Stan Andersen and daughter Marleigh of St John, Virgin Islands, her daughter and son, Lexi and Chaz Johnisee of Nashville, TN, her step daughter Abbie Andersen of Noblesville, Indiana, her mother and step father Molly and Von Hansen of Lebanon, Oregon, sister and husband, Terry and Greg Anderson of Hong Kong, father Thomas Templar of Atlanta, Georgia and nieces and nephews, Macie Frith, Peyton Frith, Crew Jones, Lauren Anderson and AJ Anderson.
Celebration of Life will be held in St John sometime in January.
