The Montgomery County Coroner's Office has made a ruling in the cause of death of the co-founder of Butter Cafe restaurant in Dayton after receiving the results of toxicology tests. Sarah Dudley, 39, of Dayton, died of an accidental overdose due to Fentanyl and cocaine intoxication, a spokeswoman for the coroner's office said today, April 1.

Dudley was found dead the morning of Feb. 11 in a room above the restaurant at 1106 Brown St. A second person found unconscious at the scene, 30-year-old David Duncan of Dayton, was treated at the scene with Narcan and taken to Miami Valley Hospital, and was later released. Dayton Police said they located seven capsules that contained an unknown substance at the scene.
