In many ways, Ashley A. Ramsden, 15, was a typical teenager who loved music, sports and hanging out with friends. Her goal this year was to get a car. Instead, one week before her 16th birthday, the Kettle Moraine High School freshman died in a car crash. An autopsy is scheduled to be done today, a spokesman from the Waukesha County medical examiner''s office said.

Ashley Milburn (17) was killed when her boyfriend crashed her car into a tree while racing
It wasn’t just that Timothy Shanks didn’t have a driver’s license. Or that he was speeding. Or that he had never driven anything but a lawn mower and his mother’s car up and down the driveway. It was that, when combining all those things, Shanks was reckless the night his girlfriend handed him the car keys. Ashley Morales (16) died from severe blunt force injuries when her friend went Hill Jumping in his car
"Hill jumping" has been determined as the cause of a crash that killed two teenagers and severely injured two others last month near Terra Haute, Ill. Ashley Morales, 16, and Paul Lott, 16, both of Carthage, Ill., were pronounced dead at the scene by the Henderson County coroner.

Ashley Martin (20) crashed her car through a chain link fence into a water filled canal while drunk and drowned
"Ashley lost her life after leaving a New Year's eve party 01/01/06, 1 mile away from home at 1:20 A.M drove off the road through a chain link fence down in to a water filled canal, she never once braked, says a witness, she was recovered in the car at 6:30 A.M Cause of death: Drowning she had an alchol level of 0.16 (double the legal level)"

Derek Sullivan (27) died from cardiac arrest
Derek Richard Sullivan, 27, of Coventry died suddenly Sunday, (July 9, 2006) at Manchester Hospital. Derek was born May 11, 1979 in Manchester son of Richard and Carol (Radziewicz) Sullivan. Derek grew up in Coventry where he participated in youth football, basketball and baseball.

Kiara Broussard (17) was killed when she wrapped her car around a pole
A Merced teenager was killed Saturday night when her car veered off the road and collided with a telephone pole, according to the California Highway Patrol. Kiara Broussard, 17, sustained fatal injuries during the accident, which occurred at 9:05 p.m. just north of the intersection of Mission Avenue and Arboleda Drive in southeast Merced, according to a CHP accident report. Broussard was alone in the car. A dog in the car survived the accident with a small cut to its head.

Jeremy Archer (29) was struck and killed by two cars after being thrown off his motorcycle
A Dallas man died early Sunday morning after he lost control of his motorcycle, fell off and was struck by at least two vehicles. Police said Jeremy Archer, 29, lost control in the northbound lanes of Central Expressway near Caruth Haven Lane about 5:30 a.m. A car also traveling north struck the man and his motorcycle. Police said that motorist tried to flee, but the motorcycle was stuck under his vehicle. After about a half-mile, the motorcycle exploded, and the man's car caught fire.

Kaitlyn Tangen (17) was killed when the car she was driving went out of control and rolled over
As a young girl, Kaitlyn M. Tangen was shy and quiet. But she blossomed with confidence and personality as she learned to ride and compete on horseback. Kaitlyn Tangen, 17, a Grand Blanc High School senior, was killed Sunday when the car she was driving north on S. Vassar Road went out of control and rolled over in Davison Township. A 17-year-old man riding in the car was not hurt.

Sarah DeMille (18) was killed when the car she was in swerved to miss a deer and rolled over
Sarah DeMille, a freshman journalism student, 18, died Feb. 24. She was born Oct., 23, 1987 to Stephen and Mary Jane DeMille of Lake Forest, Calif.

Brittany May (17), Carla Downing (35), & Doug Downing (15) were killed by a tornado
Triplets Heather and Kayla Downing, 15, went to bed Thursday knowing they had a mother, a father and a brother. By Friday, they only had each other. Father Donald, 46, mother Carla, 35, and brother Doug, 15, perished when a tornado demolished their home in rural Lake County. Heather suffered unknown injuries, but Kayla escaped the storm because she was staying with her aunt. All three children were students at Umatilla High School. Brittany May, 17, died when a tree fell on her as she slept. The slender teenager hadn't lived in Lady Lake long, just recently moving from her father's home in the Clermont area to live with her mother.

Rachel Crites (18) and Rachel Smith (16) committed suicide together in a parked car
The Virginia Medical Examiner ruled Monday the two missing Montgomery County girls died of carbon monoxide poisoning, and it was an act of suicide. Sources tell WTOP Radio there were no notes, no empty bottles of pills or alcohol, but investigators did find the keys turned in the "on" position and the car had run out of gas.

Justin McBryar, 14, died Saturday night after he was struck by a car while running across 21 Mile Road east of Card Road, according to the Macomb County Sheriff's Office. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the 10:25 p.m. accident.

Sid Cardinale (18) and Ashley Myers (18) were killed in a fiery tanker-truck accident
At 3:52 a.m., Virginia State Police said, a 2007 Kenworth tanker truck hauling gasoline struck a 2000 Jeep from behind, and the Jeep, in turn, struck the Volvo near the Fairfax County Parkway. The Jeep's gas tank erupted in flames, and all three vehicles were consumed in the fire. The driver of the Jeep and the teenagers died instantly, police said. Yesterday, police said they were able to positively identify the victims through dental records. Also killed in the Volvo was Sid Cardinale. The driver of the Jeep was identified as Kevin Weeks, 35, of Haymarket. The driver of the tanker, Mac Jerry Kriesch, 43, of Woodbridge, suffered only minor injuries.

Jordan Barrow (19) and Amanda Carrithers (19) were shot and killed in their home and Tharon Johnson (19) was charged as an accessory to murder
Johnson, 19, who was charged with accessory after the fact of murder, had the information contained on a personal Web page on MySpace.com — a social networking site that provides a place for users to post personal information about themselves. The two murder victims also had pages on MySpace.com. Lance Cpl. Amanda Carrithers, 19, one of the victims and, police say, the intended target of the first double homicide in Jacksonville in more than 20 years, was on her cell phone at the time of the shooting at about 12:24 a.m. Six weeks pregnant, Carrithers, who is originally from Chicago, was talking to the father of her baby who lives out of state. He heard a ruckus and then the phone went silent. He called Carrithers back several times but couldn’t reach her again. He eventually called the Jacksonville Police Department to get an officer to go check on her, said Tracy Carrithers of Chicago, Amanda’s mother.

From an email: Early Monday morning (2/6/06) she was involved in a one car accident. She struck a center divider and was ejected from her vehicle. She died at the scene. Jordan was an amazing person who always had a smile on her face and we will always miss her.

Even a protective mother couldn't keep Jessica Irizarry and her friend, Shea Picht, 17, also of Wilson, from dying after a crash along Route 145 in Whitehall Township just before 9 p.m. Saturday. The girls were passengers in one of three carloads of Wilson students traveling to Planet Trog to celebrate a friend's birthday.

A fire swept through a Morris County home early Tuesday, killing a teenage girl and her mother, who was described by neighborhood youths as ''everybody's second mom.'' The daughter's boyfriend also died in the blaze. Authorities said a loose connection in a lamp was to blame for the blaze that killed Adelaida Del Valle, 54; her daughter, Alyssa Del Valle, 17, and the younger Del Valle's boyfriend, Javier Carrasco, 18.

On Monday the 7th of August, a wonderful person was taken from us, in what the police described as a 'freak accident'. After sustaining serious head injuries after a large branch from a tree landed on the car she was travelling in, with 3 others, on the evening of Friday the 4th, she was taken to Torbay hospital before being taken to Derriford Hospital, Plymouth, and had surgery.

William Bowen IV aka Pillzbarry Doughboy (21) died when he crashed his car into a parked big rig
A Moreno Valley man died early Friday, Jan. 12, after hitting a parked big rig. William Dennis Bowen was driving north on Heacock Street about 250 feet north of Iris Avenue in Moreno Valley when he drifted into southbound lanes hitting the parked tractor-trailer, said Jerry Franchville, an investigator with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. Bowen, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene at 3:02 a.m., a Riverside County coroner’s news release said.

Austin Woods (18) was robbed, shot to death, and then his car was stolen
Three people are now in custody in the shooting death of man early Saturday morning near Pflugerville. Travis County Sheriff's deputies found Austin Taylor Woods, 18, shot to death at a home in the 21,000 block of Secretariat Ridge. That's near Gattis School Rd. and Dessau Rd. near Pflugerville. Capt. Art Cardenas with the Travis County Sheriff's Office says after the shooting, at least one of the suspects left the home in the victim's car. Round Rock police arrested John Michael Machuca, 17, later in the day Saturday after a short chase. Travis County Sheriff’s Detectives arrested Dominic Jaquan Gage, 18, and Joshua Logan Bright, 18. All three have been charged with murder.

Abigail Matthews (19) died when the car she was riding in spun out of control
The roof on Hillary Redmon's Chevrolet Cavalier is crunched like an accordion, both bumpers are ripped off and the windshield and interior are destroyed. Front seat passenger Abigail Matthews died in the crash. Paramedics took 17 year-old Jonathon Byer to the hospital by helicopter. The 17 year-old Redmon suffered cuts and scrapes and a 15 year-old passenger Celeste Morris also suffered minor injuries.
